> **Inconvénients**: I'm still learning the ins and outs, so i havent found anything i would consider a Con.  Maybe if I was being picky - when you add a staff memeber to an event, you have to scroll through the list, instead of typing the first letter of the name to bring up options.

> **Avantages**: It is so user friendly. It allows me room to customize. It unified our cross country teams. There was no down time at all, we were up and running the same day we signed up. The amount of event detail/tracking it allows and the assigning of tasks and assets is great.

> **Inconvénients**: The only downside is that it is not inhouse, we had to go to an outside company/site to find a solution, though it does allow you to integrate with your calendars in outlook/google.

> I would highly recommend this site/service. We have 22 active users on our account and I can see with one quick look all the tradeshows that we are attending as an organization and can even click on them and see in detail what my teams are doing for each show.

> **Avantages**: Initial setup and team onboarding is easy. Lite version offers surprisingly robust features and helped us quickly prove the value of the software. Love the user-level permission controls and the level of detail we can add to each event.

> **Inconvénients**: API features / Zapier/ custom integration with other software is not available for non-enterprise users.

> ExhibitDay has streamlined how we plan for events\! Managing logistics for 24 trade shows was a headache in Google Sheets. We tried big name project management systems, but had to over-engineer and highly customize them to meet our needs. ExhibitDay is a perfect fit to help our small event management team work smarter and streamline planning and logistics. 

We recently added our in-house webinars to ExhibitDay as virtual events, further streamlining our planning process. 

Highly recommend for small to mid size teams managing events - you'll be glad to get rid of the spreadsheets and use ExhibitDay instead\!

> **Avantages**: I love that I finally have a one-stop shop for ALL of my planning details, and have been so excited to get this implemented to make my life so much easier. The program is so very easy and intuitive, making ramp-up very easy for myself and my team. We have the Premium level tier, which is extremely cost-effective and meets our needs effectively.

> **Inconvénients**: I do wish there were a mobile app version for my team when they are on the road. I also wish there were more customizations available, but so far, I have been able to make my needs work effectively. Customer support at the Premium tier is limited, which is not super helpful, and proving the security of the program at this level was not efficient. We have limited the data we input to avoid any personal data concerns.

> ExhibitDay has been a valuable addition to our event planning process by giving us one centralized place to manage event details. It is intuitive, easy to implement, and simple for my team to adopt. The Premium tier is also very cost-effective and meets our core needs well.

While I would love to see a mobile app, more customization options, stronger support, and a smoother security review process, ExhibitDay has still helped improve our organization and efficiency. Overall, it is an easy-to-use platform that delivers strong value and makes event planning more manageable.
