> **Avantages**: Our nonprofit vetted many SMS text services and selected TextP2P based on affordability, great customer service, and data protection policies, all of which were a fit for our survey project.  TextP2P is packed with step-by-step tutorials which makes it very user friendly.  We are thrilled with the capability to launch a list campaign to a little under 1000 recipients efficiently and expediently.

> **Inconvénients**: While each MMS message for our survey costs 2 credits, we had to create a formula specific to our project's estimated response rate, which was a little technical in terms of solidifying a cost estimate for our project budget. However, credit costs are reasonable and there is an auto-replenish option that's convenient for keeping the project on track. Additionally, there have been some bonus credit incentives from the company which we are very thankful for, such as the 100 credits for starting a subscription.

> Our overall experience with TextP2P has been great.  While we are still preparing to launch our project, our first month of membership has been really great in terms of uploading our client list via a CSV file, obtaining preliminary information programming survey questions, and signing up for the account.
