Being a Canadian company and having data sovereignty was also a big bonus. > > **Inconvénients**: My only complaint was that they weren't advertised enough and it took us way too long to find out about them. > > We had a very large and customized need to deliver out 135,000 individualized custom emails that contained an individualized table in each. This was the first problem as most emailing groups don't handle tables, at least not well. When we approached them, they were able to provide a solution right away and even took our needs back to their develop group for future considerations. We had previously used other groups and always ran into issues, often around reporting and logging. This was always the second problem getting good after-action reporting and they had it nailed.
