The integration options are very flexible with good documentation. I really appreciate it when I can install and configure a piece of software and have it just get straight to work. We have been running IFlyChat for around 3 years now and have never really needed to spend additional time on it, or had any of our customers complain. Works great on mobile too. > > **Inconvénients**: We use IFlyChat inside of Drupal. We are missing some tighter integration with Organic groups but the IFlyChat team told me they are working on a solution for that which I am grateful for. Many of our users are unaware of the video conferencing feature without our instruction so some more intuitive controls would be appreciated. > > As an online school communication between our students is very important. The real value is in it's simplicity and seamless integration with our CMS and users (WordPress). We started using the free version of iFlyChat, which worked great for our entire first year. When we grew, iFlyChat grew with us without ever skipping a beat. The entire function of our website is built around the chat - as we host online 12 Step meetings for people around the globe... I am happy to say that the product has always given us exactly what our users and administrators need every day, as we help tens of thousands of people get the desperate help they need fighting the disease of addiction around the clock. iFlyChat is not a product we use to solve a problem - they are a partner in the success of our organization\!
