> **Avantages**: Web-based system allows users to access training from anywhere with an internet connection meaning staff can access their training from home, or to complete training before commencing employment.  This has been popular amongst the junior doctors and locums.&#10;Customisable front end to organisation requirements&#10;Easy to use and navigate for both users and administrators&#10;As training can be accessed from anywhere time is saved as they don’t have to travel to a location, this valuable time can then be released back into patient care&#10;Ability to develop bespoke eLearning modules for certain groups/specialities which is difficult to accommodate in the classroom&#10;Made considerable savings in training budget for large implementations as reduced the amount of training facilities and trainers to deliver classroom training as well as saving clinical time &#10;Bespoke dashboard allow users to see what courses they need to complete so then can prioritise their workload&#10;Role based settings allows administrated to configure what courses or compliances users need to complete on their dashboard&#10;Compliance functionality allows you to have multitude of different settings to aid the tracking of course compliance&#10;Bespoke report have allowed us to be able to report suitable to our organisation requirements

> **Avantages**: Great look and feel.&#10;Easy set up and management of training electronic bookings. &#10;Ability to match people to the appropriate courses.&#10;Reporting completion and compliance. &#10;Accessing external training sites via AICC set up. &#10;Hosting SCORM eLearning and monitoring adherence.

> **Inconvénients**: None that I can think of at time of writing. It has made the administration of our training so much easier.

> Traineasy have been a pleasure to work with, from the initial set up of our LMS up to our most recent upgrade, which enabled our IG team to host the Data Security training module from eLearning for Health. Making this training much easier to access and monitor compliance. &#10;They are very quick to respond to any issues raised to their helpdesk and keep you informed of progress for any tricky issues.

> **Avantages**: It combines both traditional Learning Management Systems  (LMS) and the new generation of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) .  The user interface is  very light, refreshing and engaging,  giving access to a rich mix of both traditional and next generation features and functionality.  I loved its agility and ease of use, particularly, around the use of video content and interactivity.  As for '  value for money ' both the LMS-X product itself and Traineasy's level of customer service has been excellent.

> **Inconvénients**: Report generation/analytics could be more comprehensive, but not a major issue for us.   Increased integration with add-on 3rd party  solutions would be nice to have. &#10;&#10;Closer coupling of surveys and certification also would be nice to have.

> My overall experience and that of my colleagues has been excellent, can't fault it.  Traineasy has been  very responsive, understanding  and very patience with some of our less knowledgeable/experienced users.&#10;&#10;I couldn't recommend Traineasy and LMS-X more highly.

> **Avantages**: We are a HR software provider but we needed a platform to cover our training and  learning needs. Originally we decided to use Traineasy as it has built LMS-X which is user-friendly and intuitive. It is very easy to get started - you can import your staff, add content and assign users quickly. The user interface is smart and detailed with a dashboard which includes not only the user’s assigned learning and certifications but also trending video content from across the platform that a user might be interested in viewing or save to their profile to watch later. I'm told by our administrator that no special skills are needed to work with the software and you have access to a variety of reports and analytics. As you’d expect, the system can be customised to your company brand including adding banner images to the home page, to further engage learners. We loved the software so much that we decided to build an integration with ours.

> **Inconvénients**: Traineasy has prioritised the development of the more powerful side of the platform (rules for training compliance, etc.) and is now adding some of the more ‘nice to have’ elements such as social learning. At present, there is no video messaging integration which would be a good addition to set up virtual instructor-led sessions.

> Very positive. The Traineasy team is always quick to respond to any queries.
