The only thing that was easy to use was the terminal billing was consistently wrong support useless, and payment deposits slow. > > **Inconvénients**: Deceptive billing and terrible support, also time-consuming, having to go through security re-verification every quarter through one of their systems > > When I switched to Nuvei It looks like it would be very beneficial with the fees per transaction. Then checking my billing they added an extra $25 a month for specialized reports that I did not request and also turns out I did not even have access to.. this was reversed and then showed up again two months later along with $35 a month base fee, even though I had a contract for $0. This was reversed and then would reappear again. Their loyalty team informed me they have the right to change the contract to add fees whenever they want as long as it is noted on the statement. The statement clearly indicated that if I did not agree to new fees, I could cancel with no penalty within 70 days- however I was still charged $300 to close my account. $300 well spent to never have to deal with this crooked company ever again\! I requested a refund and been told first NO. Than fighting for weeks they "agreed" to pay only 18 month back\! Meaning they admitted of stealing but don't want to refund all money\!\! I was also a reseller for them and 3 of the clients I sent them had SAME EXEC story\! Of course I closed my account and than they charged me 50.00 EARLY termination - after 24 years\!\! Company of crooks with VERY BAD support if you can even get any. Costumer service very difficult to contact. Very expensiveHidden cost during contract agreement. Be careful when you sre signing your contract. Do not use a representative. They just want to make a sale. > > I used it longer than expected because the representative who signed me up did not explain all the costs in details. As well as the cancellation fee. You have to do the compliants yourself and it is time consuming or else you have to pay extra if you don’t do them. When I wanted to cancel, they charged me $565. They didn’t even gave me any reference as to why they were charging me that amount.
