I cannot believe how terrible it is. I can LITERALLY (and I mean that in its true sense) NEVER login to my account without it saying the password is wrong. The “forgot my password” function NEVER WORKS either, so it ends up locking me out and then I need to email you and wait at least 24 hours for it to be resolved. This happens LITERALLY EVERY TIME. This is the very worst payment site I have ever used. As you can see from this chain, this happens ALL the time. Please send YET ANOTHER reset link so I can start this dance all over again and then please tell me what on earth I have to do to actually make the login work from now on. The setup/onboarding process for the influencers incredibly simple, and the platform allows you to easily boost posts and/or download the influencer's creative assets reassemble for paid efforts. The number 1 greatest thing about Lumanu is having access to run media through the influencer's FB/IG pages and access to their first party data to target and create lookalikes off of. Since starting with Lumanu, we have recommended their services to several partners and each activation has been a success with influencers becoming a core marketing effort for each brand. > > **Inconvénients**: The only hiccup we run into sometimes is getting the influencer's pages to show up in the platform but anytime there are "glitches" or "issues" they are usually resolved in a timely manner. > > 1\.
