> **Avantages**: Customer service is usually quick and easy.  I understand the mandatory upgrade has nothing to do with the customer service aspect, so I will give high marks for the personal service.

> **Inconvénients**: WorkWave made a decision to do a mandatory upgrade as of 7/31/19.  The old, working well, system was disabled.  The new system is very unstable and loses information.  In addition, it has doubled the time it takes to do my routing.  The look and functionality is defiantly a step down.
