> **Avantages**: -We were drawn to Cubigo initially because of the integrations.  It integrates with several of the other platforms that we already use- FullCount, Point Click Care, and Worxhub. &#10;-It is so easy to use and some residents picked it up without any training. &#10;-The data analytics are fantastic. This helps us track cubigo usage, group attendance and overall program success.&#10;-The residents love that they only need one password now and that all communication is in one easy place. &#10;-The team at Cubigo is great and always available to help when we need it. They are quick to respond and even tailor the platform specifically to our community.

> **Inconvénients**: I can't think of anything I don't like about Cubigo.  Anything we mention that might be an improvement, they immediately consider and even implement for us.

The Cubigo team have worked with us to adapt the product to work for our specific needs, and they are always helpful, quick and supportive of our needs. Most importantly Cubigo has been easy for our residents to use, and the engagement and adoption rates have been very high, helping us operate more efficiently.

> **Inconvénients**: Cubigo has a large roadmap of improvements that will enhance the platform, and the delivery of these is not always as quick as we would like. Although, the team have worked with us to prioritise what is most important to our business.

> The platform is fantastic and I would recommend exploring if this is the right system for your community. The bespoke support, and professional look and feel of the platform (apps, digital screens, EPOS etc) is brilliant and helps us run our communities more efficiently. > **Avantages**: The team at Cubigo provided us with support every step of the way including training our corporate team members, community staff, and providing step by step job aids for residents.  As someone who is not super tech savvy, I was nervous in the beginning, but now I absolutely love the product.  It has freed up so much time for our community staff who no longer have to rely on pen and paper to manage maintenance concerns, housekeeping requests, or to sign up residents for activities and bus trips.  The most surprising part is how quickly some residents have taken to the platform.  We have received feedback about how they loved learning about new technology and how excited they were to show off their new skills.

> **Inconvénients**: I don't have any cons to share currently.  Every time we have a question, someone on the Cubigo team is quick to answer.  We have regular meetings which helps Cubigo to understand how we use the product and any issues we may run in to.

> As stated above, Cubigo has helped our staff to spend less time bogged down with paper processes and more time on what matters - helping residents and making sure they feel at home.  An added bonus is how much residents have enjoyed learning about the platform.

> **Avantages**: Cubigo software platform is fully customizable.  Our community has been a beta tester for many new features and assisted with the development of many of the cube features.  The business partnership is designed for longevity and provides opportunites for other B2B partnerships.

> **Inconvénients**: We have so many ideas on how to build out the platform and use the plaftorm that we want to implement yesterday but obviously we need time to effectively deliver the product to staff and residents.

> Our community has many digital signs and a resident in-house TV channel that Cubigo is broadcast on.  We publicize activities, dining health care and much more.  Our residents engage daily on the platform and are quick to advise if they don't like a feature or want more information.  Consistency is the key performer for receiving the most from this software platform.  The more cubes utilized promises more engagement by residents and staff.
