My therapists really like being able to track the compliance of their patients as well. The ability to message a patient or have the patient reach out to us on the platform is a huge plus. I'm currently working on a project with my team to upload several exercises geared to specific employee positions and sports. The platform is perfect for such customization. > > **Inconvénients**: It doesn't allow you to create a workout program for a patient that does not have an email address (yes, this occasionally happens). There is a workaround that the developer taught me that will allow me to create the program and then create a pdf to present personally to the patient. Other software I've had in the past promised a lot but failed to deliver. Not PT Wired. They actually care about the quality of the product and the user (physical therapist and patient) experience above making a buck. They are super responsive to feedback and update recommendations. The other aspect of PT Wired that really sets it apart from competitors is the ability to use it as a marketing tool. Not only will your clinic occupy real estate on your clients phone, but you are able to send them notifications, article suggestions, and really interact with them while they are away from the clinic. If not using for RTM, I can’t recommend over MedBridge. Continue to charge you for the whole year if you want to change. Too risky for a small clinic. > > Setup and support are great. Both of our therapists preferred the use of MedBridge hands down. Nice that it can integrate with Prompt, but some of the features that they sell you are were not useful to us. Nothing is overwhelming or turns me off about using it. - It streamlines the task for Physical Therapists in prescribing Home Exercise Programs to patients and we are able to monitor their compliance more accurately. - I like the direct messaging feature so that the patient can communicate directly with their provider. - I like that the patients can earn achievements by how frequently they use the app. > > **Inconvénients**: - I think the animations could be smoothed out a bit. When you navigate from screen to screen, there is actually no animation, the next page simply appears. Perhaps a sliding animation could mitigate what jarring effect this may have on users. > > I really did not have any cons about the Application that PT Wired developed for us. I initially did have some concerns about version 1.0, but I was completely blown away with what version 2.0 produced. I have got to say, I didn’t expect that radical of a design change for the App in terms of both UI and UX, but I am beyond blown away with how professional it looks and I couldn’t be more proud to deploy this build to our patient base. I also did not expect these design changes would only take a matter of a few days. PT Wired was quick to respond to our feedback. I really enjoy working with PT Wired. I appreciate how they take each PT Practice’s uniqueness into account for all of the applications they develop, and they care deeply about their clients’ success, not just churning out a one-size-fits-all sort of application, and calling it a day. I was working with a Customer Representative named \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for some time, but when I had questions more technical in nature, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] of PT Wired stepped in, and was able to quickly resolve my issues.
