Having everything in one place. and definitely now that there is a browser based version of it, just streamlines the processes. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes trying to figure out how to do something outside the normal scope of use can be trying and the help articles are not always specific enough to point to what exactly you are trying to do. > > My experience with Club Caddie has been up and down over years. I left and came back. Mainly due to support issues at the time. And even through this second go around, support was not always easy to gain in a meaningful way. The newsletters and emails are easy to build. I love how I can see it as a test to view it from the receiver's view. I wish it were more customizable, with language changes. I want to change from "How many people will be attending?" to "How many tickets would you like to purchase?" How many couples will be attending? This has been complicated and has costed alot of user error with the language depending on the customer. It would be a HUGE fix if it could sync in labor from HomeBase to see a sales-to-labor ratio. > > I like it overall. I think that the sales are nice but have room to see a breakdown of department. I don’t care for the quality of the reports and now all of my data for the previous month has completely disappeared so I can’t even pay my sales tax because all my reports are currently unavailable for some reason. I reached out to customerservice on numerous occasions over the last 3 to 4 days and they just keep telling me they’re working on it so now my sales tax is late and I will be paying penalties.
