> **Avantages**: I love that Juvonno has everything I need in one place--really minimizing the number of vendors I need to subscribe to.  My patients have found it easy to use.

The onboarding process was outstanding and the customer support has been impeccable.  

The price is very affordable.

> **Inconvénients**: I'm quite satisfied with the product overall, the lay-out for a cumulative patient profile is a bit different than I am used to, but not an issue.

There were a couple of technical glitches with iPhones/Macs with video not being connected in web browser settings, but solutions avail and support with immediate responses and assistance.

> Amazing product.  I will absolutely be recommending this product to colleagues.   I feel like I discovered a diamond in the rough (the rough being the world of EMR/platforms that currently exist and have dominated the market and are very costly).
