InReach offers a seamless integration with GoTo Webinar which allows me to offer very interactive live learning events. InReach reporting features keeps me aware of the performance of each live learning program i have administered.

> **Avantages**: The only reason I continue to use InReach is because I am able to easily view who has completed their continuing education (CE) and print off transcripts without having to chase people down. I am able to quickly assess where every learner is as far as their continuing education needs are concerned and that alone will save me way more time than I thought. Assigning courses to either a group or individual is easy, and I did not need to think about work-arounds.

> **Inconvénients**: Searching could be better, some times I know a course exists, yet I still cannot locate it without spending too much time browsing around. Petty issue, however, being able to simply un-enroll a learner from a single course, without that causing their entire learning pathway to cascade; currently it takes an annoying work-around to accomplish what I want.

> InReach provides a central location for both learners to complete their CE at their own pace and administrators to view where each learner is as well as sending automatic reminders via email instead of me manually checking and writing them one-by-one. On-boarding new employees is also less painful due to the fact that the required training is already available for them once they log-in.

The customer service has always been very good and I feel like the team partners with me to figure out questions rather than just giving me standard answers and moving on.

> **Inconvénients**: I really don't have the time to invest in being as knowledgeable about the system and its functions and I would like to be. Even in filling out my review, there were some areas I realized I wasn't sure if I was using or not (or didn't know where a possibility). So I'll take responsibility but say that it can be hard to understand all the features that are available and I should be considering.
