The platform is also very reliable and constantly evolving to meet the needs of growing businesses, which we really appreciate.

> **Inconvénients**: The price point is quite high compared to other CRMs, which can be a barrier—especially for smaller businesses. 

Basic customization options, like editing reminder emails, require additional marketing credits. It would be nice if more core features were included without extra fees. 

Paying extra for the Shopify integration just to sync inventory feels frustrating, especially since we’re already paying premium pricing for the software itself.
