There aren't many others. If I could give a negative stars I would. We switched from PC law which had become outdated and unreliable. We switched based on our bookkeeper's recommendation. It has been nothing short of a disappointment. The customer service that had been promised is non-existent. Our bookkeeper who works at a medium sized firm that had switched has confirmed that the customer service has deteriorated significantly in the last year to the point she is no longer recommending it. For example, the icons that were chosen, presumably to make it easier, don't really make sense. It is difficult to navigate and cumbersome. PC Law had become outdated and unreliable.
