> **Avantages**: The individual support staff are lovely and are willing to assist. When you get hold of them . But that's where it ends.

> **Inconvénients**: The extremely slow customer service. Requested assistance on Thursday , its now Saturday , no answer on their support line and it take a email request 24 to forever to respond. the system is behind in  technology . They have no desire to improve the service. I would NO recommend them at all\!\!\!\! there are MUCH better systems available.

> Very very frustrating. The communication attempt from there side is lacking in every aspect. It take s forever to get issues solved and if there cant assist and they are suppose to get back to you , they seldom do and the issue persists
