It was even agile enough to change some of the aspects of the study databased during the study conduct due to protocol amendments. CRFweb also allows a lot of useful reports to be pulled independently by users (with appropriate access), without the need to contact the customer-support team. Even in extreme cases when they were contacted, the process of pulling out such specific reports turned out to be quite simple and easily reproducible.
