Competitive pricing structure Broad capability for rules with the signatures > > **Inconvénients**: The interface can be frustrating to use. Changes sometimes do not save or windows close randomly. Can become very frustrating while designing complicated signature with a lot of rendering rules. The user database updates when a user is added, but not when one is deactivated. This can get frustrating if you forget to reduce your license count. Some of the rules do not apply as you would expect - it can take some time to get used to, but isn't overwhelmingly difficult. Can cause mail routing issues with Barracuda or other email threat management software. Not impossible task to work around, but many of our emails were flagged early on in our implementation. > > Overall, for the price and simplicity, I would recommend Exclaimer Cloud. It functions well on the user end. Is very simple to train for end users. A bit frustrating and complicated to manage, but nothing that any operations or IT team couldn't handle. ----- ### "Exclaimer custom signatures for Marekting Campaigns" — 4.0/5 > **Richard** | *9 juillet 2025* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Standard signature across the group and the ability to make ad hoc changes to signatures for marketing campaigns.Works well and provided what we needed. > > **Inconvénients**: not as easy to copy signature templates easily, and presented issues when managing multiple signatures for a branch/brand, making it challenging to manage. > > It worked well for a time, and the brands using it wanted to explore more of the features. This enabled the business to focus on marketing and the IT team to focus on creating custom signatures. ----- ### "Easy to manage and great customer support" — 5.0/5 > **Karl** | *17 septembre 2026* | Télécommunications | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Exclaimer makes it easy to centrally manage email signatures across our organisation and keep everything consistent with our branding. Once everything is set up, it requires very little to no day-to-day management and changes can be rolled out quickly across all users. The support has also been very helpful when we’ve needed it. > > **Inconvénients**: The subscription price has increased each year, so the ongoing cost is probably the main downside for us. It would be good to see more competitive pricing or loyalty discounts for long-standing customers. Another issue is that our company logo isn't as high-quality as we'd like. > > Overall, we’ve had a very good experience with Exclaimer and have been using it for several years. It does what we need it to do and makes managing company-wide email signatures straightforward. We recently worked with Yin Wai Yeung on our renewal and our move from our legacy plan to the Standard plan. Yin was helpful throughout, answered our questions clearly and made the renewal and upgrade process simple. We also agreed on a renewal price that worked for us, which we appreciated. ----- ### "Bespoke Support Solutions - Exclaimer Reseller Review" — 3.0/5 > **Mark** | *16 août 2022* | Informatique et sécurité réseau | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The software enables safe integration within the Microsoft 365 eco system. Our clients when using Microsoft 365 need to use services where we know where the data is hosted, we know the credentials of the supplier and there is a history with planned pipeline of additional features which drive reseller sales. > > **Inconvénients**: The software has very few floors. Development is required to centralize support for partners and resellers to get the best out of management of the service. > > Least is best when looking at the exclaimer, and its simple, two words, very good. ----- ### "Great Signature Manger" — 5.0/5 > **Austin** | *14 septembre 2026* | Génie mécanique ou industriel | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Setup and connections to this was easy to use. Templates are great, and the ability to customize has been awesome. > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing comes to mind\! This was a great tool we found as a project from our CEO, and has been able to build upon it since the initial roll-out. > > It has been very positive. It has been great to solve a task and have been able to build upon it since wee rolled it out. With customizations and requests, this tools makes it easy ----- Page : 1/25\ Suivant: [Page suivante](https://fr.capterra.ca/software/188561/exclaimer-cloud?page=2) ## Liens - [Afficher sur Capterra](https://fr.capterra.ca/software/188561/exclaimer-cloud) ## Cette page est disponible dans les langues suivantes. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
