> **Inconvénients**: The only con would be not being able to set up new locations by yourself. Although there customer service and employees are always available to help you last minute.

Without additional employees, it's difficult to use in high-volume settings.&#10;Not recommended for accounts with a high volume of transactions. Managing the system necessitates more personnel and labor.

> **Avantages**: It was easy to drop my vehicle off at the airport to catch my flight.  The texting option was nice as well.

> **Inconvénients**: Pickup was terrible.  Called customer service as I wasn't given an option to request ahead of time and their response was on the website, you have to hit cancel in order to request a time to get your vehicle if you cannot put in returning flight.  Took long time and others were put in front of me.
> 
> Not good as their website does not have the ability to take in consideration cancelled flights and getting back thru other means.

> **Avantages**: This is a premium product that our guest love at all of our locations. It captures more data to back the revenue than any other product. SMS is extremely easy and allows us to give our clients a better experience by providing a fast and secure way to pay for request their car.

> **Inconvénients**: If there was one thing missing it would definitely be the lack of the iOS app. I know the Apple store royalties are not completely fair. But 99% of our employees have an iPhone and it would help if they could use the app on their personal devices.

> Overall SMS has been a great experience and we will be using it for the rest of our existence. The customer support has continued to be great with the growth of the company.

> **Inconvénients**: When the system gets overloaded and it slows things down for us in the car check in process. This happens few and far between. The company does a good job of alerting you when there is a issue.

> For myself and our team SMS Valet has been a game changer\! We are starting year 5 of using the service and I don't want to even think about running The Valet without the software. It has given us an opportunity in The Great North West to separate ourselves from other Valet companies.
