Their support team is very helpful. I think the tool is great for starting out and you can customize a lot. In the beginning we used it for 360 Peer Feedback as well as performance reviews and since then we've moved to performance reviews only. I think there could be more "in-tool suggestions" or tutorials on giving feedback or writing feedback about yourself to help out people that aren't comfortable with it or familiar with how to use the tool. > > **Inconvénients**: Elevo can be a bit difficult to understand when it comes to filling in the review, it would be great to have actual examples or better training offered on this front with users. When I first started using the tool I really didn't understand how to calculate things and what all the sub-category boxes meant. I also think that the product is a bit too simple for the stage we are currently in and how we need to evolved our performance management. > > We implemented Elevo when we were around 200 employees - and we are still using it to this day. It's a great tool when you want to start-out performance management within your business because it has a lot of features, customization, and is very simple.
