Vestwell se concentre sur le marché des petits plans peu coûteux, où les entreprises n'ont pas de plan ou n'ont traditionnellement eu accès qu'à un seul plan, avec des frais inouïs, une conception médiocre et des options d'investissement limitées.

## Avis

### "I recommend Vestwell" — 5.0/5

> **Casey** | *17 janvier 2020* | Services financiers | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Vestwell is easy to use and understand your investment amount. I've used other platforms in the past and they were often confusing.
>
> **Inconvénients**: I would like to see the amount of money added to the account per month broken out by date.

-----

### "Easy-to-implement, intuitive platform\!" — 5.0/5

> **Emily** | *20 janvier 2021* | Appareils médicaux | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Vestwell required minimal time to implement with our team and was extremely easy to use from the get-go. We barely needed assistance in learning to use the platform.
>
> **Inconvénients**: This is probably due to my own misunderstanding, but I didn't realize that I had to change my contribution amount directly with our payroll company. I changed it with Vestwell, thinking they would transfer the information. A pop-up or indicator explaining that this doesn't make the change with the payroll company would be helpful.

### "Very disappointed" — 1.0/5

> **Greg** | *25 août 2026* | Comptabilité | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: When Gusto acquired Guideline, I was forced into a dance of their choosing. When the music stopped, I was looking at Vestwell. I have found nothing to like about Vestwell yet.
>
> **Inconvénients**: Vestwell is unresponsive at best . Vestwell's online reporting is from another generation. I'm not at all happy about their move to a new investment advisor and new investment funds. All the while, I'm waiting for my profit sharing contribution calculation which appears to be a manual process completed by another department. And, I'm just sitting here waiting.

-----

### "Unresponsive support, missing contributions" — 1.0/5

> **Brandon** | *8 juin 2026* | Logiciels | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Their user interface is pretty. The interface is pretty intuitive to use. I like the colors of their website.
>
> **Inconvénients**: Our company was forced to switch to Vestwell after they bought the company (Guideline) who previously managed our 401k. The transition has been terrible. Vestwell failed to process contributions for multiple employees after the transition. And their support is completely unresponsive. It's unacceptable for a 401k provider to fail to process contributions and also fail to assist in correcting the issue. Stay away.

### "Vestwell Review" — 5.0/5

> **Utilisateur vérifié** | *17 janvier 2020* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Ease of use, contributions are very easy to import
>
> **Inconvénients**: Nothing much improved over earlier versions of the software
>
> They’ve been great contact has been great replies have been great
