I appreciate the value given to our company by having one support person and the prompt and very useful responses I have received when I have requested assistance. We have been able to customise a lot of features and aXcelerate have been supportive in the deployment of these. > > **Inconvénients**: Many small items are glitchy. Formatting for notes the most noticeable and most used item. Notes are not consistently formatted, often copying+pasting the same item to multiple cards can have different results. The cursor moves when it is not meant to, often resulting in typing or deleting digits that should not have been. This causes frustration for many of our users. We have been advised it is our browser but we have tested extensively and it is most certainly not. Drag+drop on the calendar view is not 'live' so if items are amended by other users, everyone needs to refresh their page, often. Sometimes amending a calendar item from calendar view does not save, resulting in mistakes that should not happen on our behalf. > > My overall experience has been a positive one. Our experience from start to finish was disappointing. > > **Inconvénients**: The initial training was very poor, it was cookie cutter one size fits all which was not what we needed. Migration was a nightmare. The system once we started using it was clunky and not at all intuitive. I don't feel that it tracked our students effectively, which is the whole point of an SMS. Support was not great, it took too long to receive relies to questions and when we did get a response it was either a link to information or a video. Who has time in a busy RTO to trawl through hours of information to find? We cannot wait to move back to our old system. > > Very disappointing.
