It allowed us to build a fast, modern frontend for our e-commerce site. The team back then was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. The product itself had great potential and flexibility.

> **Inconvénients**: Everything changed when  \[sensitive content hidden\] acquired Front-Commerce. Since then, the quality of support and communication dropped dramatically. Response times became painfully slow, and getting clear answers was almost impossible. When we attempted to exit the contract, we discovered rigid, almost unworkable cancellation conditions that severely affected our business continuity. It felt like client relationships were no longer a priority.
