> **Avantages**: We provide cloud based software to law enforcement agencies.  Ferretly is an integrated feature in our software and it is important that law enforcement agencies are able to conduct screenings that are tailored specifically to their needs.  Ferretly has been excellent in this regard, which, when combined with the excellent functionality of their solution, makes them the best in the business, in my opinion.

> **Inconvénients**: The service itself is always being improved and it would be unfair to try to think of something when nothing really pops up as a least favorite insofar as the feature set or functionality.   I will say that we wish we were able to pay for use of the service in arrears instead of in advance, as that would align with the way we bill our customers, but in no way is the prohibitive or influential in terms of our preference or regard for the service.

> Our overall experience has been excellent.  When there have been challenges to be addressed, Ferretly has been a true partner and we value our relationship with them and the ability to have access to such a valuable tool highly.
