> **Avantages**: The mental health facility I had worked at, was potentially looking at adding on ABA therapy and we look into this software specifically for that purpose. It was an easy to use interface, pretty to look at, okay reporting, and had billing/payroll integrated.

> **Inconvénients**: No app for patients/users, some of the reporting features was lacking, and the scheduling calendar at the time needed improvement.

> It was fine. We had a free trial to see how it would work for us and it didn't work out. It was lacking too much for the cost at the time.
