Ultimately, when put into daily use within the organization, the Predictive Index facilitates better communication within the team, candidate selections, and job success. > > **Inconvénients**: There's very little I dislike about Predictive Index; however, I did find the Perform module challenging to get off the ground. I understand the value the Perform module can bring to a workforce, but we struggled to utilize it effectively. Also, while this may seem insignificant, when PI switched from a 10 point scale to a 5 star ranking for position fit, I feel it diluted the effectiveness of the candidates fit for the role.
