We used it for years so when going into a new software I definetly miss certain aspects to it. > > **Inconvénients**: Simple things like creating PO's, CO's or SC's was good but then in one of the applications, if you added a line item accidentally or had to change it before it was submitted, you literally could not delete the line. Made no sense. So you would have to print to PDF and edit it or print and white out the line. Always had errors on it so unsure if it was the application or our server but we always had our IT working on it or reaching out to customer service. Conveniently always happened on payroll week. > > It was a good experience. We had pros and cons throughout the years using it. Poor value for money. > > The deployment is impenetrable without a consultancy, and consultants are more concerned with billing than ensuring a user is successful. Consider your alternatives for a modern ERP, don’t feel handcuffed to Sage. Even this survey is broken. Only reason we keep sage 300 is the cost and bother of switching. Also, updates are very painful from an IT perspective. > > Satisfactory . The on line help is very knowledgeable.
