I like the app as it has all features for managers and employees. Almost perfect basic features. 
Ease of use, the software is easy to figure out.
Integration with fingerprint systems
Security and privacy are top-notch. It is clear the company respects privacy of data due to their protocol of data.

Attendance issues: the system glitches a lot, it marks employee absents or changes their exceptions status.
Compliance with Saudi laws only. 
Limited basic HR features. If you seek performance management, talent management, or recruitment, then look somewhere.

> It was ok, support was sluggish, they don't respond right away, but JisrHR  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is very attentive to issues, he visits and talks and asks but then supports staff/account managers are not up to expectations. 
Updates are consistent, it gets updated almost monthly.
