Commentaires : I get the move away from confusing excel spreadsheets and get to work with an easy to use platform that gives me clear view of the financial models of our company.

Avantages :

The ability to do reporting, dashboarding and forecasting all in one place!

Takes some time to understand the full capabilities of this platform.

Impactful Software with Dedicated Service

Avantages :

What I like most about Jirav is the clear dedication to improving their product. Jirav is continuously releasing product enhancements that positively impact the user experience. Our Customer Success Manager (Josh) is knowledgeable, service-oriented, and truly wants our business to succeed.

Inconvénients :

I don’t have many dislikes about Jirav. They don’t currently integrate with our payroll provider but I believe they may be working towards a solution.

Review - Jirav FP&A implementation and use

Avantages :

We were in the market to implement an FP&A tool to enable us to make confident planning decisions by upgrading our budgeting, forecasting and reporting suite. I have been using Jirav for ~ 12 months and I can confidently say it has saved significant hours and enabled us to take our FP&A function to the next level. Our internal reporting is significantly better enabling us to set comprehensive budgets and assist in achieving these budgets. The implementation team were excellent throughout the whole process, really getting to understand how our business works in older to customise the Jirav model in a way that allows us for accurate forecasting. Customer support has been great throughout the process with quick response times for report updates where needed. Jirav is now very well embedded into our tech stack and we would be lost without it. Integrations with our accounting software & CRM model is also extremely valuable, allowing for quick updates when needed.

Inconvénients :

I wouldn't call this a key dislike however a challenge has been the steep learning curve to understand how to best utilise the software. The team have been great with assisting to push through the learning curve and once fully up to speed using the software is great. UX/UI is an area where improvement is needed however Jirav are targeting these improvements as part of their product roadmap. During my ~ 12 months with Jirav, they have rolled out some excellent updates.

A Planner, Forecaster and Analyst's dream app

Commentaires : Amazing team: they've been great to work with, providing stellar help to get us onboarded, up and running with the app. I'm amazed with what this app can do. I wish I had it when I was working as a financial analyst at multi-national companies - it would have saved me so much time and headache. The app makes it possible for SMEs to have access to an enterprise-level modelling tool at a fraction of the price and with better ease of use. It's a no-brainer.

Avantages :

Create beautiful budgets and multi-scenario forecasts with ease. Multi-dimensional and driver-based, so it can handle all the random complexities of business. Easy enough for my financially-novice clients to pick up and build scenarios in with ease (great for collaboration). Easy communication tool to chat about the bigger picture and where to focus efforts. Easy KPI tracking. Connects to your accounting software so you don't have to update actuals manually.

Inconvénients :

It's a wee bit slow at times, but we are plugging in complex accounting files into it and building out highly complex models within it.
