He used his Ipad. Unfortunately the program kept freezing up when he was trying to put together proposals. I tried several times to deal with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] on this issue. While he was a nice guy and I believe he really wanted to help us out, he didn’t really know what to do because it was a problem with the program. We came back to my office where I have really good Wi-Fi and it froze up right in front of me, and so at that point I told him to just go back to doing his estimates by hand. I did pay for several months without using the program. On the last month I sent them an email the day that we were charged and ask them if they could at least refund that one month to me seeing as I had paid them for numerous months and I’ve never used the program. I never even received a response back from them. I don’t like to write negative reviews about a company but I felt it necessary to do this because I received an email from the company literally saying that they were “In dire need of your help “. I have never seen a dealer who fully embraced HVAC Biz Pro that did not see improved results in both categories. Propose \& Close allows for the dealer to “think like a retailer” and tier their financing so that their higher tier offerings (efficiency and features) are affordable to the consumers who want to go beyond builder grade type equipment. In addition, the program also offers other needed features (Service, Dispatch, Reporting, Automated Follow-up, Block Load) that is of great value to our dealers.
