> **Avantages**: I like how intuitive the software is and all of the training provided.  It is easy to onboard new users.  
I love how One Step has reduced our paperwork and keeps all of our records organized.  
I love the customizable forms, surveys, and outcomes.

> **Inconvénients**: Residents have a hard time with the app.  It does not work for them consistently, so some do not engage with it at all, which causes us to have to work-around communication issues.

> **Avantages**: Before we got onestep i had to do everything by hand. It was a pain to keep track of but now i can easily keep track of meeting attendance and notes and even our drug test results through my phone. My day has gotten alot less stressful. You should buy this if you have a lot on your plate already.

> **Inconvénients**: in the onestep admin app it asks you to log in a lot. Sometimes that can be a pain if you are making a lot of changes but beats having to use a computer for everything so i can't complain.
> 
> Their support is great. i Always get a call back within a day and its always a REAL PERSON. Talking to robots is frustrating so being able to get an actual person on the phone to help me with my problem is worth the wait everytime.

> **Avantages**: It's important for me to have it be user friendly.  It's been a little tricky on the admin app for me to figure things out.  I wish there were more videos to watch, and I wish there was someone I could call when I am having trouble.

> Great customer service.  I wish there was 24 hour support lots of great features I just don’t know how to use them all

> **Inconvénients**: Would prefer the app keep clients logged in and so push notifications rather than sms but these items may be prevented by hipaa guidelines.

There are some things I wish the program had but I have worked with the team during any issues and am confident features will continue to be developed and improved.
