> **Avantages**: The software has given us the opportunity to pay our carriers via self and match pay systems according to the contracts we have in place with them.  It has allowed us to optimize shipments and move to bookings with our primary or back up carriers, track last milestone items, and follow to destination as long as the carriers complete their updates.

> **Inconvénients**: The individual reporting for an organization is very cumbersome to move around and set up.  Pulling copies of contracts and analytics can be time consuming and difficult to personalize on a tailored basis.
> 
> I have been pleased with the support we have received from the teams from on boarding, training and trouble shooting. Any time we have raised issues, we have been able to gain better support and insight.

One of the things that i like most about Infor Nexus is its ability to provide realtime visibility into the entire supply chain, from demand forecasting to inventory optimization.
