It has my information and brokerage at the bottom of the zipforms instead of my client's. This has caused compliance issues with a few brokers. I would like to sign in with my account but have it pull from the zipforms of my clients without having to log in as them. > > This has streamlined the process and removed the confusion on the seller's parts. Additionally, there was a case where the system failed to automatically locate the places for signing/initialing after uploading the document. > > It’s user-friendly and helps manage transactions independently, without the need for a transaction coordinator.
