> **Avantages**: SurveyPro is a solid product, especially for its price.  It is easy to use and learn.  You can be up to speed very quickly, yet it is rich enough that you will discover new benefits of the program months later.  One of the best qualities of Apian is the support you receive.  Questions and problems are addressed very fast and professionally. The rescale, crosstab and banner options give you a significant level of versatility.

> **Inconvénients**: While the difference between professional tools like SurveyPro and tools like SurveyMonkey are day and night, SurveyPro has areas for improvement.  It would be a relief to have statistical options besides Chi Square. And, not surprisingly, there are still bugs to be discovered and handled.  But, even so, for the price-point, it is a very good tool.

SurveyPro gives you wonderful versatility as you search for the perfect way to demonstrate findings.  You have a wide set of options to display, crosstab, rescale and segment your data.
