> **Avantages**: My experience with Stratafolio has been truly pleasant from jump.  It is an EXCELLENT value for the number of things it does.  It is super focused on commercial applications and has been wonderfully designed to notify for renewals, CPI increases, and generally lease management.  It is simple and easy to use.

> **Inconvénients**: It has, at times, loaded slow.  However, some of our job files are large and it may be partially on our side.  I wish it had some more flexibility in reporting - but exporting info is easy and the pros simply far outweigh the cons.  It is always faster than logging into Quickbooks, most certainly.

> The experience has been excellent - again, from the first meeting.  Jeri and her team have been kind, responsive, and knowledgeable.  In fact, they had some of the most robust commercial property management knowledge, maybe wisdom even, of anyone I've met. > **Inconvénients**: There are too many steps to keep leases and COIs current, and it's not easy to determine all the steps. The knowledge base concept is interesting, but it doesn't really help figure out all the steps to follow to enter a lease or a COI, etc. I don't like that Stratafolio is only cash based.
