> **Avantages**: Customer support has been very helpful. When an issue wasn’t clear, they arranged quick video calls to resolve it. The webinars and Academy trainings are also great for staying up to date.

> **Inconvénients**: Originally, it wasn’t easy to use because there was a lot to learn. When we moved from Moodle to the Learning Pool LMS, it helped that the two systems were similar in some ways.
> 
> Overall, my experience has been excellent with very few issues. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and the webinars and Academy trainings make it easy to stay up to date with new features and explore tools I haven’t tried yet.

The information is presented clearly and precise making it user friendly for users of all abilities. There are many different report/data functions, which has made keeping on top of compliance a lot more efficient.
