Avis sur Peoplebox
Best platform for driving remote teams
Commentaires : We have been able to drive fast adoption of OKRs, get quick employee feedback and build strong connect across teams using the platform. The team is very forthcoming and helpful and very open to feedback.
Avantages :
It's ease of use and quick on boarding of the team.
Inconvénients :
Some required integrations are still in the process of being developed.
Alternatives envisagées : Weekdone
Pourquoi choisir Peoplebox : This was not just OKR but a complete remote team management platform.
Logiciel antérieur : Weekdone
Pourquoi passer à Peoplebox : Proactive team Complete feature set Quick onboarding Ease of use.
Easy to Use, Includes important features, still early stage
Commentaires : We're using Peoplebox primarily to set and align objectives and key results across the organization. It works great for that function. We're also considering using it for employee engagement, including 1-1s and 360s. Haven't fully implemented that to see if it will meet our needs but expect it will.
Avantages :
Peoplebox is very easy to implement, has most of the important features we were looking for, and includes several of the solutions we were looking for, namely Goals/OKRs, 1-1s, and 360s.
Inconvénients :
It's still a pretty early stage company and product so some of the features are minimal, some basic functionality is either lacking or is underdeveloped, and customer support has been slow and tough to deal with even though they eventually figure it out. I'll take customer support actually returning emails and getting to the answer, even if it takes a few days over most of the terrible customer service out there these days though
Alternatives envisagées : Lattice, Businessmap, Hirebook, Profit.co, 15Five, Motivosity, Wrike, Aha! et Asana
Pourquoi choisir Peoplebox : Ally.io was great until they got bought by microsoft and then it got ruined across the board. First they deleted our entire dataset during the transition, then they raised prices significantly without any new functionality.
Pourquoi passer à Peoplebox : had right feature set and price was right.
Peoplebox - 4.5 Stars
Commentaires : Overall the tool is great for performance management and tracking goals. It keeps you on track for intended topics and tracking individual progress for your team members and their goals. I enjoy using it and have found it really valuable for managing my employee performance and goal tracking.
Avantages :
If I had an option for 4.5 stars, I would use it. Peoplebox has an easy interface that is very intuitive. It captures most of the key areas you need to focus on with employee coaching, reviews, and goal setting. It good features to that end, such as action items, private notes for 1:1 meetings, shared notes for 1:1 meetings, and performance tracking for a manager to chart their employee performance over time.
Inconvénients :
Some features need some work, however I'm sure these will be improved over time. For example, the calendar sync. The feature will only allow you to select meetings with only 2 participants, however we now have AI bots that we invite to our meetings, or in some cases we may want to pull someone in for a given 1:1 intentionally. Also in scenarios as mine, I have to keep multiple calendars in different tenants up-to-date, so I often invite my other client email account to all my meetings just to easily keep both calendards in sync. Peoplebox won't let me do that. There's also a goal rollup, so you can have child goals for a parent, but updating the child doesn't seem to rollup the progress to the parent. Could be user error, or bug, but this was only recently discovered. The notifications for upcoming 1:1 meetings are a little less than stellar. I don't know if this is supposed to be the "ai" part of Peoplebox.ai, but it sends a reminder of upcoming 1:1 meetings with suggestions for what topics to bring up, and they are completely generic and inauthentic.
Holistic user review. Using it for performance management
Commentaires : I am using this for performance management. A good tool to begin with for companies looking to setup performance management systems
Avantages :
Home Tab The dashboard setup looks great. Provides users with information on checkins and any action items with your own team, showcases goals at company and department level and provides a shortcut option to set up 1-on-1s an setup goals for your department or reportees. Goals Tab Clean, simple and easy to understand user interface. Provides the ability to the user to view the options available on the page. The left side gives a clear view of goals at a company, department and individual level, bringing in transparency. Users can also review goals according to the review cycle they are currently in. This provides them the ability to review their performance or track progress of their/dept/company goals based upon the performance cycle. Explore Goals - A great feature to view and understand the goals of different employees across various functions and divisions at the company. This also helps employees to align their goals with the goals of the company Company Goals - Gives information on the goals of the company to the employees. 1-on-1 Meetings Users have the ability to create 1-on-1 meetings with their reportees or any other employee within the company. Users can also sync their calendars to add events from their calendar. This can then be updated in their dashboard. E.g. A user would know that they have checked in with their respective peers/managers/reportees.
Inconvénients :
Home Tab - It will be nice to see individual level goals of the user as well on the dashboard on the home page, thus, making it easier to do a quick review. Goals Tab - Ability to update company goals, even if the owner of the goals is somebody else. E.g. I can add 'Key Results' by accessing any of the company goals. Ideally, this shoul be allowed only to those individuals who are allocated company goals or are owners of those specific goals - Review of individual goals It would be nice to see text that indicates the serial number of my goals. For e.g. - Goals no 1 - Launch new business initiatives. While reviewing my individual goals, the option to upate activities is missing. Users should have the ability to state the key activities undertaken by them against each of the key results. There should also be an option to provide anonymous feedback to any user/employee at the company, especially those in your team, including your manager.
