The back end programming of the rules are logical and learning curve is not steep with minimal training time. > > **Inconvénients**: Would be ideal if Payroll processing was also integrated directly into SSC instead of going through a 3rd party provider. Having a one-stop shop would allow employees to obtain their paystubs directly within SSC. > > The experience overall has been very good from initial exploratory talk to post-implementation service. Specifically, I can't say enough good things about the implementation\! The SSC implementation team was very meticulous and well planned through each milestone. Training was excellent and very accommodating to the end user from the dedicated training with staff and providing an abundance of training material geared specifically to the organization. Definitely one of the best experience I had personally\! My organization implemented SSC nearly two years ago and the client service continue to be top notch with a responsive and knowledgeable help desk. I also can't say enough about the SSC Client Care team. A few times, I needed urgent assistance and they went out of their way to provide much needed assistance despite the added challenge of a different time zone. To provide a bit of context, my organization is located on the West Coast and I have no affiliation with SSC nor am I being paid by them to write this review\! When you do have an issue, the customer support is the best\! No other customer support I have used is as quick and helpful.
