We were transitioning from a few other softwares to PSA, and getting everyone onboard and educated on how to use it was fast and easy. It is very user-friendly. > > **Inconvénients**: I do wish it had a few more bells and whistles on the time keeping side. I used to be in charge of cleaning up timesheets for payroll so I know it can be challenging. IMO it should auto sync, and finding and locating jobs is hard and half the time the job your searching for cant be found on mobile app even though it has been added to the web version. Crew cant clock into the jobs on the app because lots of times the job cannot be found. > > After using a few different programs this one is probably the favorite.
