> **Avantages**: The most important aspect of Upsiide is its accessibility and usability. The platform has a simple interface that anyone can pick up and use. It's also very easy to program surveys in non-english speaking countries.

> **Inconvénients**: We had some serious trouble on a project where we leveraged Upsiides panel. The IR was lower than anticipated and our survey fielding was halted. We were told that the recruitment wasn't feasible which put us in a very difficult position. We would have much preferred a partner-like experience, where we could troubleshoot potential solutions together.

I also noticed a change in the level of support we receive. When we started using Upsiide they offered a high level of personalized support, but recently they've pushed us to use their support system instead, which makes Upsiide feel more like a digital tool than a vendor relationship.

> Overall it's great\! When we first started using Upsiide we had a ton of support (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was amazing). The platform is easy to use and effective. Internally we call Upsiide "Tinder for Concept Testing" because it does a great job making concept testing an enjoyable experience for the participants and the researcher.
