> **Avantages**: The semi-automated import of metadata. A few selected fields still have to be filled out manually since I think they are important to our users.
The great ticket system and the timely solutions offered if I run into problems.

> **Inconvénients**: Some ways to achieve a certain result often change between updates and it usually takes a while to get into a routine flow of work. Some functions also get lost between D Space updates, while of course new ones are added

> The Helmholtz Resrch Association, an early supporter and initiator of Open Access has decided that by 2025 100% of each of the Helmholtz Institution's scientitists should be freely accessible,  green Open Access we achieve by making author's manuscripts available in the repository helps a lot and the HZI (Helmholz Centre for infection research) is on a very good path towards this goal as our yearly statitistics are showing. I can achieve a high rate of free publications archiving in the repository.
The construction of an overall structure with departments und working groups within was easily achieved using the Armire repository. The technical support by Atmire has been outstanding\!

The repository is a key part of our service to our users and we chose Atmire because we believed they could deliver on this for us using the Open Repository/Dspace software.   I should say that we are very happy with both Atmire's support  and with the  Open Repository/Dspace.  We are confident we made the right decision.

> We have achieved great usage statistics, it is a repository platform that has increased the awareness and accessibility of open research, open science across our clinical communities.   Easy access to ongoing research is particularly important during the current global pandemic.
