As a coach, having such a comprehensive library of exercises at my fingertips makes programming much easier and more efficient. The AI workout creation system is a huge time-saver. I can create the workout I have in mind, and Everfit’s AI matches those exercises directly with the exercises in its library. That saves me an incredible amount of time searching for and adding individual exercises. Communication with clients is excellent. Clients can communicate directly with me through the app and give me real-time feedback about their workouts, whether a weight is too heavy or too light, an exercise doesn’t feel right, or they’re experiencing discomfort with a particular movement. That gives me valuable information I can use to adjust their programming. The support and educational content for coaches is another major benefit. The Everfit technical team consistently puts out valuable content designed to help coaches improve not only how they use the platform, but also how they can build and improve their coaching business. > > **Inconvénients**: The main area I would like to see improved is the ability to quickly compare what I programmed versus what the client actually completed. The information is there, and it’s certainly possible to investigate and find the details. However, when I’m doing a quick review of a completed workout, it would be extremely helpful to have a simple side-by-side view or column showing: what I prescribed and what the client actually did. For example, if I prescribed a specific weight, reps, or exercise variation, I’d like to be able to see at a glance what the client actually completed without having to dig further into the workout details. Honestly, that’s the only significant limitation I’ve noticed so far. It wouldn’t prevent me from recommending Everfit. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the platform and what it provides me as a coach. > > Overall Review Overall, I would say Everfit is, pound for pound, one of the best coaching platforms available. The exercise library is extensive, giving coaches a huge range of options for programming workouts for their clients. But what really sets Everfit apart for me is the library of resources available to coaches. There is a wealth of free education covering areas such as fitness, nutrition, coaching, and business development, all designed to help coaches improve both their services and their businesses. When you combine the quality of the coaching platform with the depth of the exercise library and the ongoing education available to coaches, Everfit provides an incredible amount of value. I no longer need separate tools for check-ins, forms, and contracts which makes the experience much smoother for both me and my clients. I also love how responsive the support team is. Whenever I’ve had questions, I’ve typically received a reply the same day, which is incredibly valuable when you’re running a coaching business. The platform is intuitive, professional, and includes thoughtful features like the ability to change terminology from “client” to “athlete,” which better reflects my coaching style and audience. > > **Inconvénients**: My biggest challenge with Everfit is the lack of customization compared to Trainerize. Trainerize offered a stronger white-label experience and more branding options, which I would love to see added to Everfit. I also find the pricing can become expensive as your business grows, since additional features often require upgrading to higher-tier plans or purchasing add-ons. As a coach who specializes in endurance athletes, I think Everfit is currently built more for general fitness coaching. I would love to see better endurance-specific tools such as heart rate tracking, cardiovascular performance metrics, and more advanced endurance training integrations. If those features were added, I believe Everfit could become the best coaching platform on the market. > > My overall experience with Everfit has been overwhelmingly positive. Making the switch was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my coaching business, and I don’t see myself moving to another platform anytime soon. What has impressed me most is the support. Anytime I’ve had a question, run into an issue, or needed guidance, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. There have been times when I was navigating challenges within my business, and having a responsive support team made a huge difference. I also appreciate the extensive resource library and educational content available. It feels like Everfit is invested not only in improving the platform but also in helping coaches grow their businesses. The main area where I would love to see continued development is endurance coaching. As a coach who specializes in hiking, running, ultras, backpacking, and endurance athletes, I find Everfit excels in the general fitness space but has an opportunity to expand its endurance-specific capabilities. Better integrations with Garmin, Strava, and endurance-focused watches, along with improved visibility of training data and performance metrics, would make a significant difference for coaches working in this niche. With the growing popularity of endurance sports, I believe adding these features would allow Everfit to serve an even wider range of coaches while strengthening what is already an excellent platform. Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with my experience.
