> **Avantages**: Very user friendly and AI automations\! I like that I am able to use the AI feature to make workouts for clients much more quickly\!

> **Inconvénients**: Just having to reinput tasks for clients every 26 weeks (a very small con). Other than that the customer support has been very quick at getting back to my concerns\!

> Everfit has become a huge asset to my coaching business. The check-in system is smooth, easy for clients to use, and keeps everything organized in a way that actually saves me time every week. I also love the onboarding automations...they’ve helped streamline my entire process so new clients get exactly what they need right away without me having to manually send anything.

The white labeling has been a big bonus, too. It lets my clients feel like they’re fully inside The Slay Team ecosystem from day one.

Overall, it’s been one of the best tools I’ve added to my business.

> **Avantages**: The platform is very comprehensive and the app is super high quality (especially with custom branding options built in).
The workout structuring is very flexible, with a fully loaded customizable exercise library, and easily saveable programs. 
You can easily program alternate exercises for multiple setups (i.e. dumbbell instead of barbell deadlifts). 
The automations save me hours and hours with onboarding and the community forums allow clients to stay engaged with each other, or submit lifting videos for feedback. 
I also really like the option to send voice notes. 
Plus I can categorize clients into different subgroups. 
And offering on Demand Studio programs, workouts and resources really helps with the accessibility for clients who prefer a self directed approach. 

The customer support is also fantastic, with responses usually within a few hours to help troubleshoot things. 
The new "Master Calendar" feature allows you to see a whole overview of a clients training as well which makes periodization a breeze, now.

> **Inconvénients**: Redundancy in some of the automation upgrades. 
Limited Zapier tasks and triggers.
Payment System doesn't track client location data for tax tracking (I ended up migrating my billing to Stripe for this one). 
Unable to schedule direct messages to clients. 
Not officially compliant with healthcare privacy policy for regulated professionals (i.e. HIPAA, PIPEDA for chiros, physios, athletic therapists, RMTs, etc).

> Everfit has been amazing. The support team is so easy to access and incredibly devoted, there are constantly new upgrades being rolled out with a very clear roadmap and feature request page, and the features are pretty much unmatched.

> **Avantages**: I was initially drawn in by the free use for up to 5 clients, and stayed for the simple, clean software. My clients prefer it to other options, and they keep doing updates, making it better\!

> **Inconvénients**: I would like to see a habit tracking option for step count that syncs straight from the wearables. Currently, there isn't a step tracking habit tracker at all. 
Also, if a person buys a running program from me on the app, they have to be listed as an active client, so even though I am not coaching them, they are taking space in the roster.. I'd like to see that changed. Otherwise, it makes more sense to use Excel spreadsheets..

> It's been overall positive; they are doing lots of updates and giving long trial periods. Also, lots of live webinars on how to use features that are also available afterward.

> **Avantages**: I have used both Everfit and Trainerize but found Trainerize to be very glitchy when creating my clients' programs. I decided to try Everfit as I had used it as a client in the past. I find Ever fit to be much more user-friendly and have not had any issues with glitches, etc, which has saved me so much TIME\!

> **Inconvénients**: I don't love that I can't see an estimate of the time it will take a client to perform a training session. They always ask, roughly how long it should take, and I wish they could just see "Approximately 45 min" or something.
> 
> I have had a great experience overall with Everfit. They are quite quick to respond to any questions, etc.

> **Inconvénients**: Nutrition/ Meal Plan needs a lot of updating and changes. The paid option does not cover enough for what you get. There needs to be more integration. Also the in person training option on the app needs to have more program periodization options.
> 
> Great overall, have my entire business and platform created on everfit. The check in feature is also great and something I do with clients regularly.
