I no longer need separate tools for check-ins, forms, and contracts which makes the experience much smoother for both me and my clients. I also love how responsive the support team is. Whenever I’ve had questions, I’ve typically received a reply the same day, which is incredibly valuable when you’re running a coaching business. The platform is intuitive, professional, and includes thoughtful features like the ability to change terminology from “client” to “athlete,” which better reflects my coaching style and audience. > > **Inconvénients**: My biggest challenge with Everfit is the lack of customization compared to Trainerize. Trainerize offered a stronger white-label experience and more branding options, which I would love to see added to Everfit. I also find the pricing can become expensive as your business grows, since additional features often require upgrading to higher-tier plans or purchasing add-ons. As a coach who specializes in endurance athletes, I think Everfit is currently built more for general fitness coaching. I would love to see better endurance-specific tools such as heart rate tracking, cardiovascular performance metrics, and more advanced endurance training integrations. If those features were added, I believe Everfit could become the best coaching platform on the market. > > My overall experience with Everfit has been overwhelmingly positive. Making the switch was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my coaching business, and I don’t see myself moving to another platform anytime soon. What has impressed me most is the support. Anytime I’ve had a question, run into an issue, or needed guidance, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. There have been times when I was navigating challenges within my business, and having a responsive support team made a huge difference. I also appreciate the extensive resource library and educational content available. It feels like Everfit is invested not only in improving the platform but also in helping coaches grow their businesses. The main area where I would love to see continued development is endurance coaching. As a coach who specializes in hiking, running, ultras, backpacking, and endurance athletes, I find Everfit excels in the general fitness space but has an opportunity to expand its endurance-specific capabilities. Better integrations with Garmin, Strava, and endurance-focused watches, along with improved visibility of training data and performance metrics, would make a significant difference for coaches working in this niche. With the growing popularity of endurance sports, I believe adding these features would allow Everfit to serve an even wider range of coaches while strengthening what is already an excellent platform. Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with my experience. The workout structuring is very flexible, with a fully loaded customizable exercise library, and easily saveable programs. You can easily program alternate exercises for multiple setups (i.e. dumbbell instead of barbell deadlifts). The automations save me hours and hours with onboarding and the community forums allow clients to stay engaged with each other, or submit lifting videos for feedback. I also really like the option to send voice notes. Plus I can categorize clients into different subgroups. And offering on Demand Studio programs, workouts and resources really helps with the accessibility for clients who prefer a self directed approach. The customer support is also fantastic, with responses usually within a few hours to help troubleshoot things. The new "Master Calendar" feature allows you to see a whole overview of a clients training as well which makes periodization a breeze, now. > > **Inconvénients**: Redundancy in some of the automation upgrades. Limited Zapier tasks and triggers. Payment System doesn't track client location data for tax tracking (I ended up migrating my billing to Stripe for this one). Unable to schedule direct messages to clients. Currently, there isn't a step tracking habit tracker at all. Also, if a person buys a running program from me on the app, they have to be listed as an active client, so even though I am not coaching them, they are taking space in the roster.. I'd like to see that changed. Otherwise, it makes more sense to use Excel spreadsheets.. > > It's been overall positive; they are doing lots of updates and giving long trial periods.
