Customer Support is fantastic and great for when you need help doing things in the software. > > **Inconvénients**: The accounting software is difficult to use if you make mistakes and there are a lot of steps to undo and re-do transactions. > > Overall, I've had a positive experience with Foundations. If you want a query it'll take weeks when it shouldn't and you're charged an outrageous amount for a report that should be built in. > > It's a good program but lacks progression.
