Causes us to rely on AWS and then pay for any changes that we could do if we had access. > > I do not enjoy the platform. I have to go searching any time I want to make a change. Backend is hard to navigate, even with a good amount of experience. Website customization after creation is near impossible because of this. We upload inventory everyday, have no ecommerce, do not allow customers to view their order information or invoices despite having the promostandards endpoints that could be synced up to allow this information to be transmitted. To set this up, we were quoted ~$30,000 for a full integration. AWS has complete control over the back end. If we were granted access to the full site I could hook everything up in a day or two.
