> **Inconvénients**: The Navigation is a little tricky I feel there is too different paths to get the same result and also the program is pretty outdated

> The Customer service is Excellent, very knowledgeable staff willing to put in the extra effort regardless of time of day.  We are very new to the program so like anything it will take time to get used to but there is definitely a time benefit versus our old process.

> **Avantages**: How much time it saves us in bidding on projects. It is a great software that I would recommend to everyone. Our sales director ( JF ) was great to work with. Her and the entire TCLI family have been great.

> **Inconvénients**: Not anything really. The whole process was really easier than I thought. If I did not understand anything, the TCLI family was there for us.
> 
> TCLI has made estimating easier for us. I wish we would have switched to it years ago. It has really sped up our bidding.
