> **Avantages**: My favourite feature of 10KC is that it is a networking program focus on mentoring that can help to match you with beneficial connections from both a mentor and mentee perspective.

> **Inconvénients**: Cultivating connections and mentorship relationships was not as effortless and streamlined as hoped but that could have also been specific to the institution I was a part of and using 10KC with.
> 
> Overall a positive experiencing to help facilitate connections for being a mentor as well as finding a mentor. 10KC's ability to match you with appropriate mentorship opportunities is my favourite feature and what has been most helpful. Also really like the fact that 10KC is specifically a social networking platform for cultivating mentorships whereas no other platforms (even LinkedIn) offer a similar service.
