Avantages :
J'ai trouvé que l'interface de Bigin by Zoho CRM était très conviviale et facile à utiliser, ce qui a grandement facilité la prise en main du logiciel et j'ai pu facilement importer, organiser et suivre mes contacts, ce qui m'a permis d'avoir une vue d'ensemble claire de mes interactions avec eux.
Inconvénients :
Bien que Bigin offre une certaine flexibilité en termes de personnalisation, certaines fonctionnalités avancées de personnalisation peuvent être limitées. Par exemple, la capacité à créer des flux de travail complexes ou à personnaliser davantage les tableaux de bord peut être limitée, ce qui peut être frustrant pour les utilisateurs qui ont des besoins spécifiques en matière de personnalisation.

Application très bien conçue, simple à utiliser et idéale pour les petites entreprises. Bien personnalisable avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités indispensables pour le suivi des négociations.
Inconvénients :
Le service client est en anglais et parfois nous oriente vers des plateformes qui ne nous profite guère. Il est compliqué de changer les appels en appels entrants.

Un CRM Efficace
Commentaires : De la prise de contact à la vente, je pilote mon activité dans Bigin. Etant indépendant ce CRM adapté pour une petite entreprise me permet de presque tout faire. Sa connexion avec Zoho mail et Zoho meeting est un plus pour moi qui utilise également ces deux solutions.
Avantages :
J'aime particulièrement la simplicité d'utilisation et l'interface claire et efficace.
Inconvénients :
Une integration directe avec Zoho booking serait un plus.

i use bigin with all my other tools on zoho, which are books, desk, sign and forms!! it has been a game changer, the prices are decent and tons of features

i think zoho bigin and zoho crm should be one app, there is no need for 2 extra functions, better customer service that understand the proper english

Amazing power given the price
Commentaires : BIGIN CRM punches well above its weight class considering its cost. The reality is, it provides enough core function that 80% of small and medium sized businesses needs. I've used SalesForce, AGILE, Workbooks, and Dynamics CRM and BIGIN is comparable for most of what I want to achieve.
Avantages :
Bigin is very powerful given its price point. It offers all the basic functions you would likely need. The bolt ons into other ZOHO applications makes it almost infinitely upgradable.
Inconvénients :
The marketing campaign assignment is very limited, and there is limited ways to process sales leads.

Commentaires : Being a noob on keeping my customer's data collectively. This tool helps me keeping it effortless.
Avantages :
The most favourite part of mine is the mobile application of the Bigin's CRM. Being a Sales person, I would always be clinging to my mobile rather than my laptop. Which has a very easy interface and it also helps me call logs of my every leads.
Inconvénients :
We find hard to import csv files in the modules. The data often gets skipped and it's very hard to find the origin of the issue. That's the only thing I found difficult.
Cant go wrong with Begin!

Just Simple Enough
Commentaires : The best possible option for most freelancers, and among the best for fractional leaders. Incredibly painless for managing contacts. A little tweaking of the pipeline will allow it to do most of what you could need, especially with sales follow-up.

I'd been using an older CRM for years and, as I'm transitioning to a new business model, we needed a modern CRM that would grow with us and not break the bank. I spent days researching and playing around with first a dozen CRMs, narrowed it down to three or four, and settled on Bigin. It had the cleanest UI and structure, a great feature set, and the opportunity to grow with Zoho as our business grows.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes I struggle to find the information I need or tools I need. I suspect I need time to get used to Bigin. The notes text field is inadequate. It needs to have at least bold, italics, bullets and numbering for me to be able to take quality, readable note
