Now it is easy to add customers individually or as a business with multiple parkers under one account. I no longer have to worry about getting invoices out each month, they go out automatically, and I am able to keep track of payments and over due accounts simply and accurately. I love that all the information I need is easily accessed and layed out in a comprehensive manner. I am able to send out additional invoices, accept payments by many methods, and generate reports for bookkeeping and accounting. > > **Inconvénients**: I have really no con's for the program, anytime there was a need, I would find that they were working fast to adapt and address my concerns. This is still the case. > > My experience has been very positive. Great communication, always a quick reply. The updates they make are fully realized before they apply them. I don't get calls from customer on how to use it, I can easily run reports, I can leave notes on customer accounts.
