For a business digitizing thousands of legacy paper invoices or contracts, this saves a fortune. We set up "zones" on a document, and the system automatically reads the data, labels the file, and puts it in the right digital folder. It turns a nightmare manual data-entry chore into a background automated process. Search actually works well, you can find documents by content, filename, date, or tags without knowing exactly where someone saved them, which saves real time daily. Scanner integration is decent, documents land in the right folders with metadata attached without much manual effort. Access controls are granular enough for a healthcare environment where not everyone should see everything, and setup wasn't complicated. > > **Inconvénients**: Initial setup took way longer than expected, folder structures, permissions, scanner integrations, metadata fields and there are a lot of moving parts and the documentation doesn't walk you through it logically.
