When the customer contacted us to find out why their order had not been processed, we were able to go into the encrypted fax archive and recover a copy of their purchase order. With a lot of our employees working from home due to the pandemic, eGoldFax has ensured that our salespeople continue to have access to faxing even though they are no longer physically in our office.
